I stayed at Kersang's Relay for 5 nights during my visit to the beautiful city of Shangri-La. The manager, Mr. Feng, was extremely helpful and spoke English fluently. He provided us with valuable information about the local attractions and even arranged for a discounted ticket to Shika snow mountain. The hotel room was cozy and clean, equipped with a heater and electric mattress that kept us warm throughout the night. The location was perfect, with stunning views of the nearby Dafo temple. The manager also recommended a fantastic Yak Hot Pot place and even helped us with our luggage and taxi arrangements. The traditional Tibetan breakfast here is a must-try!

From the moment I stepped in, I was blown away by the super friendly and helpful staff. Their accurate advice and suggestions for my trip to Tiger Leaping Gorge were mind-blowing. The plentiful and delicious breakfast left me jaw-dropped. The lovely room, along with the great wifi, made my stay unforgettable. The location in the old town was perfect, and the communication prior to arrival was excellent. an amazing experience with all the amenities I could ask for, including luggage storage, bar/lounge area, outdoor dining area, restaurant, welcome drink. Can't wait to come back!
